This article is about Trinity dumping illegal waste. Trinity Industries and one of its employees were charged by the state Attorney General's office. They were charged because they were dumping and transporting hazardous waste without a license. Each of the counts is punishable by 2 to 10 years in prison along with fines of up to $100,000 a day for every violation. You can find all this and more at:
